Break Through!
Multi Shift Macro Intensive
2 days 4 persons (8 hour days)
The
2 days can be non-consecutive and/or can become four 4-hour sessions
on different days.
These sessions are for making a breakthrough
from structure bound process (macroshifting). If you have been
making incredible effort without great results, a multi-shift
session may be just what you need to allow your efforts to manifest.
Each person receives:
1. 3 hour multi-shift session guided by Robert Lee using
the principles of Domain Focusing and Macroshifting.
2. A half hour session guided by Lee after a strong impact
as a witness.
3. A guided exchange with another participant with
Lee as resource support.
4. A guided exchange with another participant independently
5. Witnessing three 3 hour multi-shift sessions processing
the richness of Applied Focusing in a discussion after each shift.
Cost: $625
Robert Lee, Ph.D. is a focusing theoretician
and innovator. A licensed psychologist, he has developed a new
model for teaching focusing (Domain Focusing), he has developed
a theory and practice for change on the macro level for stubborn
problems (Changing the Unchangeable through Focusing--Macroshifting),
he has developed a comprehensive practice for working with difficulties
in felt sense formation (Elusive Felt Sensing). In psychotherapy,
he has outlined 4 Faces of Focusing in Psychotherapy and has developed
special methods for using focusing with anxiety and depression
and with couple and group psychotherapy.
