Getting started in Focusing
You can get started in Focusing in several ways:
- through individual sessions by phone or in person with Robert Lee or other recommended teachers,
- by taking an initial workshop (usually 12 hours),
- by receiving small group demonstrations, or
- by attending a presentation.
We have strategies for developing a workshop in your location in the US, in Costa Rica and in other countries. We offer initial workshops in small, medium, and large group formats, in English or Spanish, and we can also recommend instructors for other languages. Workshops are taught by Robert L. Lee, Margarita Brenes or other certified teachers.
You can also organize a group in your location for a workshop or demonstration which we can develop oriented towards psychotherapists, or other interest groups.
