Certification Eligible Robert L. Lee, Ph.D. is a focusing theoretician and innovator. Since 2001 he has organized 9 certification training and post-trainer groups (for psychotherapists and lay focusers). A licensed psychologist, Lee has used Focusing in couples' and group therapies and conflict resolution. He has applied Focusing to anxiety, depression, trauma and obsessive-compulsive behavior. Lee also applies Focusing to areas such as Quaker spirituality, bodywork, health/physical problems and language barriers. Lee has developed 3 theories and corresponding methods: Domain Focusing (a model for teaching Focusing), Changing the Unchangeable (change on the macro level for stubborn problems) and Elusive Felt Sensing (working with difficulties in felt sense formation).
