4 Person 4 Hour (4p4h) Applied Focusing Sessions
For 2 Couples. $250/couple
Often one spouse who knows focusing finds this
an ideal format for sharing focusing with their partner. And they
get to see each person in another couple working with focusing,
not just each other. They also get a chance to experience Domain
Focusing in action.
In this session each person receives a 1:1 focusing session for
30 minutes. After each session there is discussion of the focusing
process, not of the person, not of the content. You learn about
focusing from experiencing it and seeing it 'in action'. To join
this workshop, you can be at any level of focusing or you can
be a novice.
